PPC

Pay-Per-Click advertising has changed my life.

My husband and I bought 3 waterfront condos up in Pemaquid Beach this year and renovated them.  We wrote a blog to chronicle our progress and have a keepsake of the project for ourselves and our friends.

I had played around with PPC on Google but hadn’t really given it a good effort.

Then we were ready to sell one of the condos.

I posted it on Craigslist, and other places around the internet.

But I knew I was missing out on really getting this property out to the masses, and at little risk.

So I did some research and learned how to do it “right”.

And sure enough, the buyers came in through PPC.  The house sold for what we wanted, and faster than we could have hoped – especially in this market.

Now I’m hooked.  I see potential where ever I look.  There are a lot of opportunities to make money using a form of advertising where you can target a very specific audience, receive a huge number of impressions, yet only pay for the people who are actually interested after reading your ad.

It’s an incredible concept.

There are some great resources out there to learn the basics of Pay-Per-Click advertising.   Jeremy Palmer’s Quit Your Day Job, PPC Classroom, and Chris Carpenter’s Google Cash helped me to initially get started.
